With juris doctor and Master of Public Administration degrees, Hannah Clendening is knowledgeable about the intersection of government and the law and, most importantly, how understanding and working within that framework is better for businesses and communities. As such, she assists clients with a range of regulatory and economic development matters.
Day-to-day, Hannah focuses her practice on public and municipal finance work. She assists with financial matters as bond counsel, negotiates financing agreements, and aids cities, towns and nonprofits in securing necessary funding.
