Jerry Gallagher is dedicated to helping clients obtain, exploit and enforce intellectual property rights in a wide variety of technological disciplines, including the recreational vehicle, consumer products, hardware, automotive, injection molding, welding, orthotic, materials handling, healthcare and corrugated paperboard industries.
For more than 25 years, Jerry has counseled entrepreneurs, startups and major corporations with respect to U.S. and international patent protection, portfolio management and licensing issues. He advises on infringement and validity issues, including designing around competitors’ patents and conducting freedom to operate analyses.
