He advises on infringement and validity issues, including designing around competitors’ patents and conducting freedom to operate analyses.

Years of experience aid Jerry in understanding even the most cutting-edge technical concepts and in explaining them clearly and within the context of the law.

Jerry also advises on trademark matters, including clearing and registering marks, licensing, portfolio management and international trademark enforcement and anti-counterfeiting matters. He also represents clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
