Jerry also advises on trademark matters, including clearing and registering marks, licensing, portfolio management and international trademark enforcement and anti-counterfeiting matters. He also represents clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
