Garrett Llewellyn is a first-chair trial lawyer and class action defense attorney who represents companies in high-stakes complex commercial disputes and consumer class actions in California state and federal courts. Garrett has served as lead trial counsel in disputes exceeding nine figures and defended dozens of consumer class actions with billions in collective exposure. His clients range from direct-to-consumer and subscription brands to companies in retail, beauty, food and beverage, hospitality, entertainment, automotive, healthcare, and financial services.

Garrett routinely defends clients in high-profile disputes including claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and other business torts, and false advertising, fake discount pricing, automatic renewal, digital privacy, and product labeling claims under California’s Unfair Competition Law (“UCL”), Consumer Legal Remedies Act (“CLRA”), False Advertising Law (“FAL”), Automatic Renewal Law (“ARL”), and other consumer protection statutes.
