Gaby focuses her practice on employment litigation and workplace compliance counseling for employers, representing them in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims, including class actions and PAGA matters. She manages employment litigation matters through all phases, from factual investigations and discovery through dispositive motions, mediation, and trial preparation.

Gaby also advises employers on employment-related decisions, including employee discipline, performance improvement plans, workplace investigations, and termination decisions. She also assists clients with drafting and revising employee handbooks, workplace policies, and other employment-related documents to help ensure compliance with California and federal law.

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Gaby was an associate at a national law firm, where she focused on labor and employment litigation and counseling.
