Francis Mascarenhas represents public and private companies across a range of general corporate and transactional matters.
Francis advises clients in domestic and global mergers, acquisitions, and equity investments in a number of industries. He also counsels clients in a variety of debt financing transactions, with a focus on emerging companies and venture capital.
Prior to joining the firm, Francis was an associate in the project finance group of the New York office of an international law firm.
