Farwa previously practiced at some of the largest New Jersey-based law firms, where she worked on multidistrict litigations, class actions, and a wide range of complex commercial matters in both state and federal courts.
Farwa is experienced in managing and supporting all stages of litigation, including performing in-depth legal research and analysis; drafting and refining a broad array of litigation filings from dispositive and discovery motions to pleadings and appellate briefs; coordinating discovery and evidentiary development; and working closely with senior attorneys to shape case strategy and advance clients’ objectives.
During law school, Farwa interned for the Honorable Zahid N. Quraishi at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, where she gained relevant exposure to federal practice and civil proceedings. She also served as Executive Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review and was a member of Rutgers Law School’s National Trial Team, earning a semifinalist placement in the 2022 Puerto Rico Trial Advocacy Competition.
