Ezra has experience working on fund-side matters involving the formation and ongoing operation of private investment funds. His practice includes drafting and finalizing private placement memoranda (PPMs) and related offering and subscription documentation. He also manages limited partner (LP) transfers and secondary transactions, coordinating investor onboarding and tracking related deliverables through closing. Ezra further supports clients through due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews in connection with investor admissions and fund formation. He also works on general corporate matters, supports other teams as needed, and conducts legal research on such matters both within and outside the fund context.
