Ethan has broad litigation experience spanning insurance disputes, commercial litigation, employment defense, criminal procedure, and securities litigation. He has successfully represented clients in recovering insurance proceeds, pursuing claims for breach of contract and fraud, and enforcing money judgments and arbitration awards. His experience also includes defending clients against regulatory and whistleblower claims; discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; and commercial claims involving business torts, breach of contract, unfair competition, and defamation.

Ethan also maintains a pro bono practice representing veterans of the United States Armed Forces, including his successful representation of a United States Marine Corps veteran in an appeal before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

During law school, he served on the executive board of his school's Moot Court Honors Society and worked as a law clerk in the Labor Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
