Emily Zilleox is an experienced paralegal in Barnes & Thornburg's Atlanta office, where she supports the firm's Immigration and Global Mobility practice. With nearly 10 years of business immigration experience, she brings a comprehensive understanding of non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes that enables her to navigate complex matters and contribute to case strategy.

Throughout her career, Emily has supported a wide range of business immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, H-1B1, PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, and related dependent applications. Known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and collaborative approach, Emily works closely with attorneys, corporate clients, HR professionals, and foreign nationals to effectively manage cases from initiation to completion. Additionally, Emily researches immigration procedures and policy updates, coordinates congressional inquiry escalations when needed, and helps attorneys prepare for client meetings. She also brings valuable leadership experience, having mentored team members and contributed to process improvements throughout her career.
