As Chief Onboarding and Integration Officer, Emily Landry leads the firm’s lateral onboarding and integration efforts, working closely with partners, firm leadership, and internal administrative departments to ensure a seamless and strategic transition for new attorneys. With more than 20 years of experience as a legal and operations executive, Emily focuses on building strong internal connections and serving as a key ambassador of the firm’s culture, helping laterals integrate quickly while positioning them for long-term success. 

Throughout her career, Emily has focused on risk identification and management, litigation oversight, and cross-functional operations in complex, multi-state and multinational organizations. She has served as assistant general counsel at a global automobile manufacturer, where she guided a team managing cross-domain regulatory issues and a nationwide product liability litigation portfolio, routinely guiding the business in balancing risk exposure with cost control and operational priorities. She also advised executive leadership on regional and global initiatives related to cybersecurity incident response, governance frameworks, and internal investigations.
