Throughout her career, Emily has focused on risk identification and management, litigation oversight, and cross-functional operations in complex, multi-state and multinational organizations. She has served as assistant general counsel at a global automobile manufacturer, where she guided a team managing cross-domain regulatory issues and a nationwide product liability litigation portfolio, routinely guiding the business in balancing risk exposure with cost control and operational priorities. She also advised executive leadership on regional and global initiatives related to cybersecurity incident response, governance frameworks, and internal investigations.
Additionally, Emily has served as assistant general counsel at a public manufacturing company, where she was responsible for companywide litigation, internal investigations, and employment and benefits issues. Emily began her legal career in private practice, dedicating more than a decade to a healthcare and product liability litigation practice.
