While Elizabeth’s practice focuses on defending companies and governmental entities in multifaceted breach of contract and mass tort matters, she also provides her clients with strategic advice for litigation avoidance, where appropriate. The scope of Elizabeth’s practice also includes conducting corporate internal investigations in both the U.S. and around the globe.
Elizabeth has authored publications for Defense Research Institute and The National Law Review. Her pro bono work includes representing clients in domestic disputes, immigration, wrongful conviction, and erroneous sentencing matters.
Prior to practicing law, Elizabeth amassed a diverse portfolio of work that includes conducting genetics research to inform pharmaceutical drug therapies, advising state congressional members on emerging healthcare issues, and drafting healthcare legislation.
She sits on the firm’s Racial Justice committee and is the former co-chair of BTBlack, the firm’s talent resource group for Black and African-American teammates.
Elizabeth is a decidedly single-mom to Israel, and is particularly passionate about supporting single parents.
