Elizabeth concentrates her practice on insurance coverage counseling, recovery, and litigation on behalf of policyholders. She advises clients in the evaluation, negotiation, and pursuit of insurance claims and represents them in complex coverage disputes. Her practice includes matters involving commercial general liability ("CGL"), directors and officers ("D&O"), errors and omissions ("E&O"), and employment practices liability ("EPLI") policies.
Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth represented municipal entities and public officials in a broad range of civil litigation matters through joint insurance fund coverage, providing strategic counsel and defense throughout all stages of litigation.
During law school, Elizabeth interned with the United States Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Lee A. Solomon of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. She also volunteered with her law school's Domestic Violence Clinic, where she helped individuals navigating domestic violence matters access legal resources.
