Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, he clerked for Hon. Michael B. Brennan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Hon. David R. Proctor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, experiences that inform a litigation approach grounded in a close understanding of how courts evaluate complex commercial disputes.
