David Evans serves as counsel to underwriters, issuers, borrowers, investors and trustees in all types of public and project finance transactions, including special district, healthcare, housing, charter school, higher education, infrastructure and energy financings. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating various transaction documents, including offering statements, indentures, purchase agreements, loan agreements, security documents, ground leases, development agreements, resolutions, certificates and legal opinions.
Prior to joining the firm, David practiced for several years in the national public finance department of a large law firm. David has representative experience in more than 20 states.
