Daniel Nunez focuses his practice on public finance and real estate finance matters. He represents and advises lenders, issuers, underwriters, non-profit organizations, and trustees on the structuring, issuing, purchasing, and securitization related to tax-exempt and taxable financings for public projects, including multifamily housing, 501(c)3 transactions, education, healthcare, and water facilities throughout the country.
Daniel has extensive experience in navigating and managing complex transactions, advising clients from the initial due diligence stages through the financing and closing, and eventual exit strategies. Previously, Daniel was a public finance associate at a District of Columbia law firm and served as in-house counsel at the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency.
