As a former in-house counsel, Daniel Harting strives to see the big picture of his client’s business and legal needs. He takes into account the business advantages, impacts and risks of various real estate transactions on his clients’ bottom line and advises accordingly.

Daniel utilizes the knowledge he gained in-house with a commercial real estate services firm to draft and negotiate a wide range of real estate contracts, including commercial leases, land leases, purchase agreements, and easements. That experience allows him to advise clients beyond the transaction itself, also addressing compliance, corporate governance, and labor and employment issues that clients may encounter.
