Cody counsels clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters. He conducts legal research and drafts various agreements, memoranda, pleadings, motions, charge of discrimination responses and case assessments.
His experience includes drafting responses to charges of discrimination at the federal, state, and local level, along with various pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Cody has also drafted and reviewed employment agreements and policies for companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Cody was a labor and employment law associate at a Fort Wayne-based law firm. While in law school, he gained experience as a labor and employment law research assistant and as a certified legal intern at the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law Legal Clinic.
