Chris regularly advises on domestic and cross-border transactions in heavily regulated industries, particularly in financial services, where he helps clients navigate complex regulatory considerations, balancing investor objectives with regulatory scrutiny. Chris helps clients structure and execute asset and equity control and minority investments, sponsor-led buyouts, strategic divestitures, joint ventures, reorganizations and restructurings. He works closely with both financial sponsors and strategic participants providing practical counsel that extends to corporate governance and securities law considerations.
In addition to his work in the financial services sector, he also advises clients in health care, automotive, energy, retail and other commercial industries.
