Chris Daniels is a litigator to his core. He brings to his clients a deep knowledge of the courts and civil practice from spending two years in a court clerkship before returning to private practice. He understands how to help clients defend their businesses and their interests through traditional litigation, negotiation, or alternative dispute resolution.
Practical yet strategic, Chris assists clients with a range of commercial and business litigation matters, navigating them through business tort, contract, construction, fiduciary, insurance, and property disputes.
