Christine has worked in the roles of bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel. As a part of those roles, Christine has vast experience reviewing due diligence, drafting documents, coordinating required government approvals, working with clients, conducting blue sky review and coordinating all aspects of closings and post-closing follow up.
