Christina serves as a trusted advisor to management companies, celebrity talent, models, artists, authors, and entrepreneurs, working alongside their managers, agents, publicists, and business managers to protect all aspects of their professional careers and personal affairs. She negotiates global entertainment agreements, including management and representation agreements, multichannel and podcast network agreements, talent endorsement deals, advertising agreements, merchandise licenses, and literary, film, and television agreements. She also provides corporate support to structure creative celebrity joint ventures and partnerships in which talent receives tax-beneficial compensation and equity.
Christina negotiates and drafts licensing agreements on behalf of licensors and licensees across a wide range of industries and product categories, including apparel, accessories, footwear, automotive, food and beverage, cannabis, and digital assets. She ensures that brand and talent collaborations comply with applicable laws and regulations — including FTC endorsement and advertising guidelines, FDA labeling requirements, and social media platform terms of use — and structures nationally compliant advertising campaigns, sweepstakes, contests, promotions, and commercial co-ventures.
Christina also works with clients to develop effective brand strategies and IP portfolios. Her enforcement experience includes facilitating takedowns and reinstating wrongfully removed content from major social media platforms, recapturing affected domains and usernames, negotiating settlements of infringing content, and deploying litigation and other tools to keep the marketplace clear for continued brand expansion. She also identifies and negotiates collaborations with relevant rights holders for clients seeking to incorporate third-party IP into their creative and commercial work.
