Chase Howard draws on his judicial clerkship experience to guide clients through complex business and commercial disputes. Having worked closely with judges in Indiana’s Commercial Courts, he brings a practical and forthright perspective to litigation — one grounded in both the courtroom process and the realities businesses face when navigating high-stakes conflicts.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Chase served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Heather A. Welch and the Honorable Christina R. Klineman of the Indiana Commercial Courts, where he gained experience with complex business disputes, judicial decision-making, and Commercial Court procedures.
