Carlye Hendershot is an experienced nurse paralegal with three decades of diverse experience, including registered nurse, family nurse practitioner, clinical risk manager, and legal nurse consultant. She provides attorneys with in-depth medical analysis and strategic support across varied healthcare-related litigation matters, including medical malpractice, product liability, mass tort, worker’s compensation, and healthcare regulatory compliance cases.

Carlye brings a rare combination of frontline clinical experience, healthcare risk management, and legal acumen to her work. With more than a decade of previous defense law firm experience, she skillfully analyzes and synthesizes complex medical records and other evidence into detailed chronologies and summaries, interviews witnesses and experts, delivers clinically informed assessments on standards of care, causation, and liability exposure, and supports attorneys throughout the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and trial.
