Camyla assists attorneys and their clients with visa and other immigration application processes and procedures. She assists with client intake, case initiations, data management, reporting, writing, I-9 and compliance projects, and the preparation of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions. She also assists with compiling exhibits and supporting documentation for employment-based filings, including H-1B CAP registrations and other employment-based filings. In addition, Camyla assists with congressional inquiries and case assistance requests.
Highly organized and adaptive, Camyla regularly maintains and manages a range of business immigration case files ensuring organization throughout the immigration process.
Prior to joining the firm, Camyla spent seven years as a paralegal at boutique law firms gaining experience with family immigration matters. During that time, she developed particular experience in family petitions related to adoption cases, an area of immigration law that holds a special place in her heart.
