Brittney has extensive experience in trade remedies, representing domestic and foreign companies in anti-dumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. She has handled a broad range of products and industries. She also maintains an active customs compliance and enforcement practice, advising on a range of Customs issues, including investigations under the Enforce and Protect Act ("EAPA").

Brittney assists clients with trade-related due diligence in mergers and acquisitions and advises on forced labor compliance, including obligations under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act ("UFLPA").

Brittney counsels clients on various U.S. trade statutes that impose tariffs, including Sections 201 and 301 of the Trade Act of 1974 and Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962, among other tariff regimes. She also advises on economic sanctions and export controls, including compliance under the Export Administration Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Brittney litigates international trade disputes before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and has handled a variety of litigation matters before state and federal courts.
