Brendan Glynn advises clients on public finance matters, including bond financings and public-private projects, with additional experience in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. He supports issuers, borrowers, and other transaction parties across the lifecycle of a deal, helping transaction teams manage diligence, documentation, and closing.
Brendan’s practice includes assisting with public finance and real estate transactions from diligence through closing, including coordinating closings and supporting acquisitions, dispositions, and financings in connection with bond and project financings.
Before joining the firm, Brendan practiced as a real estate attorney in Washington, D.C., supporting real estate and public finance partners on transactional matters. He also worked with a real estate investment trust, where he collaborated with lawyers and project teams on shopping center leasing and tenant matters.
