Betton “BK” Katzmann advises clients on public finance matters, representing
501(c)(3) organizations, municipalities, governmental authorities, investment banking firms, LIHTC investors, and private companies in tax-exempt and taxable debt financings.
BK has experience serving as bond counsel, special tax counsel, underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel, and borrower’s counsel on a range of transactions. Their work includes financings for hospitals, colleges and universities, affordable housing developments, recycling and utilities facilities, and energy projects.
