I am very grateful for my experience as a 2L summer associate at Barnes & Thornburg. As an aspiring transactional attorney, I was thrilled to immediately receive work and gain experience in real estate and corporate deals with attorneys who had an open-door policy for all of my questions. Just as important, I developed meaningful relationships during my summer experience with my fellow summer associates, attorneys across multiple practice groups, and business professionals. As I begin my career in a practice I enjoy and with connections across the firm, I can proudly say that returning to Barnes & Thornburg after my summer associate experience was one of the easiest decisions I’ve made in my life.
