Barry McGinley represents corporations, public entities and quasi-public entities in complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. His practice includes product liability, catastrophic injury, premises liability, tort claims and constitutional litigation.
Barry manages a high-volume docket, and guides matters from pre-suit investigation through discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, alternative dispute resolution, and trial. He has taken and defended numerous fact and expert depositions and has served as first chair and lead counsel in a federal jury trial in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, overseeing all phases of trial preparation and courtroom presentation.
