She assists attorneys in preparing official statements, bond purchase agreements, indentures of trust, loan agreements, mortgages, bonds, notes and other financing documents and organizing closings for bond financings. Barbara is knowledgeable in the areas of taxable and tax-exempt bonds, housing bonds, industrial development bonds, tax increment financing and general obligation bonds.
