Ashley M. Sellers

Ashley’s skill set includes attention to detail and diligent issue resolution. When applied to document preparation, these skills are essential to effectively and efficiently protecting clients’ interests in aircraft, engines, helicopters and other aviation assets.

Ashley also has considerable experience assisting on various corporate transactions, including investment rounds and company sale transactions. Additionally, she assists with corporate formation and maintaining corporate documents, including filing formation and governance documentation such as articles, amendments, certificates and annual reports, and drafting minutes and resolutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ashley was a paralegal for a Michigan-based firm. She also gained experience working in-house as a corporate paralegal with a cutting-edge automotive company.
