Anthony Sallah helps clients navigate their most complex commercial and construction disputes. He represents institutional and individual clients in complex commercial litigation and construction matters in federal and state court at both the trial and appellate level. He is deeply experienced presenting before arbitration tribunals, including the American Arbitration Association (AAA), JAMS, and in arbitrations governed by international rules. Anthony continually seeks to help achieve client goals – through early intervention, in arbitration or negotiation, or in litigation.
Prosecuting and defending construction claims, Anthony’s work encompasses deficient design, productivity and scheduling, acceleration and compression, and defective work. He litigates on behalf of and against owners, private equity lenders, contractors, designers, sureties, and engineering professionals in complex construction environments, including oil refineries, large-scale industrial facilities, mixed-use developments, and university projects.
