Anne routinely counsels healthcare industry clients on scope of practice issues for licensed providers; contract drafting and negotiation; and HIPAA compliance. She works on physician and ancillary provider employment matters, physician-hospital and health system contracting issues, state and federal data privacy and security issues and security breach mitigation and response.
Healthcare clients also rely on Anne for guidance on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement; corporate governance and formation; mergers and acquisitions; asset and stock transactions; joint ventures; and professional licensure.
Prior to attending law school, Anne taught children with autism spectrum disorder at schools in Virginia and North Carolina.
