Angela Wessler serves as a trusted adviser to commercial lenders and loan parties involved in structured finance transactions in a wide variety of specialized industries and markets. Managing and structuring transactions involving high-stakes and multifaceted collateral issues, Angela is known for her depth of experience, attention to detail, the highest commitment to excellent service and client care, and her ability to shepherd and close an array of lending and structured finance transactions.

Angela represents commercial lenders, borrowers and creditors in syndicated lending, secured transactions, private equity sponsor-backed financings, agribusiness lending, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) lending and real estate lending transactions. She handles taxable and tax-exempt bond, private placement and asset-based financings, and other corporate finance transactions. Angela also guides clients through workouts and loan restructurings and advises on Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and creditors’ rights issues.
