Andrew Wang advises clients on public finance and tax matters, representing issuers, borrowers, and underwriters in tax-exempt and taxable bond financings. His experience spans projects across education, health care, housing, public infrastructure, solid waste recycling, transportation, and public utilities.
Andrew also represents government-sponsored enterprises in the securitization of tax-exempt affordable housing bonds and other complex debt instruments. In addition, he has represented community development entities in new markets tax credit transactions.
