Amy Poyer has extensive experience litigating in state and federal trial courts and at the appellate level, filing briefs with the California Court of Appeal, California Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Her breadth of experience at the trial and appellate level enables her to provide key strategical advice and top-notch advocacy to her clients.

Amy has led significant impact litigation in both state and federal court, and has participated in state court appeals in the California Court of Appeal and California Supreme Court, as well as federal appellate courts throughout the country, advocating on behalf of women and girls throughout the state.
