Alon Farahan represents a broad range of clients in complex civil and litigation matters in federal, state, and appellate courts. He has experience researching and drafting motions, appellate briefs, and amici briefs across a wide range of disputes.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Alon served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ryan D. Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Jeremy D. Kernodle of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He also previously worked as a litigation associate at a top national law firm, where he managed complex cases from pre-suit investigation through appeal.
