Alex Swider represents private equity funds, public corporations and privately held companies, at every stage of development, in a spectrum of corporate matters. As a lawyer and a certified public accountant, Alex is skilled at assessing legal and financial cost-benefits of strategic deals. 

Alex advises corporations on complex mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, as well as tax structuring and analysis. When representing early stage companies, Alex handles formation, growth financing and successful exits by sale, merger or public offering. He leverages his experience as a CPA to advise venture capital, angel investors and family offices on formation, planning and executing investment strategies, structures, and exit strategy and execution.
