Aleksandra Stankovic focuses on labor and employment matters, bringing experience in litigation, employment discrimination, and related civil practice areas.
Aleksandra has gained broad litigation experience through clerkships and internships in both judicial and government settings. She has assisted in researching, drafting, and editing judicial opinions and decisions, and has helped prepare judicial panels for oral arguments. Her background also includes drafting motions, interrogatories, requests for production, and other litigation documents, as well as legal research and memoranda on topics spanning litigation, labor and employment, utility law, and real estate matters.
She has additional experience with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she drafted motions, memoranda, deposition digests and summaries, and objections in support of upcoming trials and proceedings. During law school, Aleksandra served as president of the Labor and Employment Law Society and was active on the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, reflecting an early and sustained focus on the labor and employment field.
