He offers clients a distinctive perspective on government regulations and policies, informed by his time as a general attorney for the U.S. Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) Office of Chief Counsel.
Adam has experience researching case law and writing memoranda analyzing new technologies in e-discovery. He is also well-versed in managing document review projects for litigation matters in the U.S. Tax Court and federal district courts.
Additionally, Adam held multiple legislative roles and served as a law clerk for U.S. Sen. Ben Sasse. During law school, he also was a legal intern with the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance and the U.S. Department of Justice Tax Division.
While an undergraduate, Adam was an NCAA Division I swimmer at Canisius University.
