During law school, Adam served as a judicial extern to Judge Doris L. Pryor of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, where he analyzed appellate briefs and drafted bench memoranda on significant appellate matters. Before joining the firm full-time, Adam spent a summer as a Summer Associate, where he gained hands on experience drafting motions, memoranda, and client correspondence.

Adam earned his B.A. in German and History, magna cum laude, from Wabash College, where he was recognized with honors in both disciplines. He studied abroad at Universität Heidelberg in Germany.
