With experience in a wide range of litigation matters, Abby Vineyard represents clients in high-stakes and small-dollar cases with the same level of commitment and savvy. Abby's practice encompasses the full spectrum of litigation services, from pre-suit counseling and risk analysis to trials, hearings and appeals before federal and state courts.
Abby's experience includes handling breach of contract and business tort claims and partnership agreement disputes, as well as defending banks and financial institutions facing claims brought under consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Abby also litigates wrongful death claims brought against company clients and handles insurance coverage matters on behalf of policyholders in various industries and involving various types of policies, including commercial general liability (CGL), D&O, professional services, employment practices liability insurance (EPLI), and environmental.
In addition to handling litigation matters, Abby has experience handling compliance issues and monitoring, and helps companies obtain certification by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council and other certifiers of women-owned businesses.
