Aaron focuses his practice on commercial litigation, representing clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, higher education, and technology. Aaron brings a creative, yet practical approach to resolving complex civil disputes in an efficient manner.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Aaron practiced commercial litigation in the Research Triangle Park office of an international law firm. Before entering private practice, Aaron served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Mark A. Davis at the North Carolina Business Court, where he worked on cases involving novel and sophisticated issues of corporate and commercial law. Aaron’s previous work in the judiciary helps inform his approach to litigation strategy and case analysis today. Regarded as a skilled and thorough writer, Aaron routinely uses his experience drafting nuanced judicial opinions to help him effectively represent his clients’ interests.
