• The father of two loving and talented children
• An avid baker, particularly macarons and Italian desserts. In 2019, I was awarded Best of Show at the Ohio State Fair in the cookie and pastry category.
• A former contestant on the Netflix show Blue Ribbon Baking Championship
• An amateur coffee roaster. I’m particularly fond of Tanzanian Peaberry and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.
• A hobbyist photographer aspiring to capture photos of all 88 county courthouses in Ohio. I’m currently at 15 courthouses.
• In the process of applying for dual citizenship in Italy
• The former treasurer and member of the board of directors for the North Broadway Children’s Center in Columbus
• A former Peace Corps volunteer in Mali, West Africa
• A Cleveland native
• An avid traveler. I’ve visited 44 U.S. states and 29 countries
