I AM...

• Someone who brings order, clarity and calm into complex environments—whether in work or in life. The eldest daughters' work never ends.
• An incredibly dedicated auntie to my brothers’ three children, deeply invested in helping them feel seen, valued and endlessly loved
• Someone who has always had a deep connection with animals. I currently have a beautiful three-year-old chocolate lab named Ruthie who loves soccer
• Currently teaching Ruthie, through fetch, how to count down from "five more throws" to "last one, let's go!" and we're at a 75% success rate so far
• A born and raised Dallasite with far too much knowledge on city planning history and historical buildings around town if you are ever visiting or curious
• A true-blue Cowboys, Mavericks and Rangers fan, and I believe the 2011 Mavericks Championship may have been the best night of my life
• Someone who enjoys people failing to pronounce my name right and learning their own interpretations, especially at coffee shops
• A former athlete and will get way too competitive if you invite me into a league. I have broken 10 bones and counting. You have been warned!
• Someone who requires Jon Stewart, SNL and John Oliver to keep me sane each week. I prefer comedy to drama in general!
• A joyous Arizona Wildcats basketball fan and encourage you to BEAR DOWN this March
