Charlie Denton, Rich Glaze and Ashley Parr co-authored an article, “EPA’s COVID-19 Enforcement Policy under Attack in the Courts,” which was published in the ABA Environmental & Energy Litigation Section’s Spring Newsletter. The article discussed the developments related to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) temporary enforcement policy published amid the COVID-19 pandemic last year and recent related lawsuits brought against the EPA by nine states and some nongovernmental organizations.
