Following the addition of four transactional lawyers in New York, Los Angeles and Dallas this year, Barnes & Thornburg welcomes partners Elizabeth Davis and Princess Fuller who further enhance and broaden the firm’s Corporate Department in various areas, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance and general business counseling.

Based in Chicago, Davis focuses her practice on M&A, corporate governance and general business counseling across various industries, including logistics, insurance, food and beverage, manufacturing and healthcare. She serves as outside general counsel to domestic and international companies with respect to all aspects of their commercial needs. Davis will be among nearly 150 BT lawyers in Chicago, the firm’s second largest office, serving clients in a wide range of practices.
