Barnes & Thornburg Appoints John Lawrence as Office Managing Partner in Raleigh

Lawrence shepherded a 14-lawyer team to Barnes & Thornburg in August. He previously served as co-leader of the Healthcare & FDA practice group of a large international firm. His team bolstered Barnes & Thornburg’s healthcare regulatory, compliance, data privacy, clinical research, transactional, and False Claims Act capabilities in the Research Triangle Park region and nationally.

Barnes & Thornburg opened its Raleigh office in 2019 with a focus on intellectual property and the life sciences industry. The office now also provides M&A and private equity, litigation, and healthcare services as it grows into a destination for the region’s top legal talent.
