Amanda Taber and Bryan Thompson Named 2026 ‘Sports Business Visionaries’ by Los Angeles Times

Partners Amanda Taber and Bryan Thompson have been named to the inaugural list of Los Angeles Times “Sports Business Visionaries,” which recognizes the dedicated professionals who have had a significant impact on the sports industry.

Taber was noted for representing the NFL on music synchronization and public performance rights across live events, broadcasts and digital streams. Her recent work includes handling production, guild matters and rights procurement for Super Bowl LX featuring Bad Bunny, Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin, and Super Bowl LIX featuring Kendrick Lamar. Taber also counsels the NFL’s 32 teams and represents NBA, NHL and MLB teams on music and intellectual property matters, and advises All Elite Wrestling on music rights and production clearance.

Thompson was recognized for serving as outside entertainment counsel for Peyton Manning and Omaha Productions, advising on the “ManningCast” alternate telecast of Monday Night Football, the Netflix series “Quarterbacks,” Omaha’s podcast network and the “Places” series featuring Eli Manning, Vince Carter and John McEnroe. Thompson also represents Scott Givens and FiveCurrents in their successful bid to produce the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games and advises the promoter of an upcoming Mayweather/Pacquiao fight on arena and content deals.

Individuals selected for this list were evaluated on several criteria, including noteworthy successes during the last two years, consistent demonstration of leadership and impact made to their organization and industry’s growth.
