Barnes & Thornburg Welcomes New Attorneys

Barnes & Thornburg has added litigation and government services and finance attorneys to its Columbus, Los Angeles and Philadelphia offices.

John Coleman, an associate in the Philadelphia office, focuses his practice on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on premises and product liability. John helps clients achieve efficient and effective outcomes when resolving conflicts that arise in the course of their business endeavors. He earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2019 and his B.A. from Villanova University in 2015.

An associate in the Los Angeles office, Erin Gilmore assists clients in virtually all stages of litigation by drafting briefs, motions and memorandums, and performing discovery and research on a range of legal issues. She is particularly skilled in written and oral advocacy and has experience across a wide variety of industries, providing counsel with the goal of making legal advice approachable and understandable. She earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2018 and her B.A. from the University of Alabama in 2013.

Kevin Stanek has rejoined the firm as an of counsel in the Columbus office. Stanek represents clients in policy matters and governmental affairs before the Ohio General Assembly, executive agencies, and state boards and commissions. He also represents clients on various other matters, including corporate governance and transactions, local economic development projects, campaign finance and election law, and white collar investigations and defenses. He earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2013 and his B.A. from The Ohio State University in 2007.
